The Outlet Shoppes at Burlington in conjuction with the Skagit Valley Tulip Festival
announces our 2nd Annual - BATTLE OF THE BANDS - every Saturday in April starting at 3:00 pm.
Local bands are encouraged to complete an application (download available on our home page) and send a CD or DVD to the Outlet Center Mall Office for an opportunity to win over $1,000 in prizes.
A team of judges will review each CD or DVD, and will choose up to 6 bands to compete each Saturday in April. A winner will be announced every Saturday and will move on for a chance to win the 'Grand Prize'.
On April 24th, three finalists will perform and the winner of the "Battle of the Bands" will be announced. All bands must be available to perform between 3pm and 6pm on April 3rd, 10th, and 17th. If your band is a finalist, you must be available for a performance on April 24th.
All applications and demos must be received by March 20th at our office: The Outlet Shoppes at Burlington, 448 Fashion Way, Burlington, WA 98233. This event is sponsored by Hugo Helmer.
